How much does membership cost?
Child plans are $288 per year, adult plans are $360 per year, and periodontal plans are $540 per year. Additional family members receive a 15% membership discount.
Is there a waiting period?
Benefits begin immediately after enrollment, and you can schedule your first appointment right away.
How is membership different from insurance?
Membership has no deductible, annual maximum, or claim forms. It is a direct arrangement with the practice and is not insurance.
Can I combine membership with dental insurance?
No. Membership benefits cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits.
